As an expectant mother, you will not have to travel far for a Maternity Photo session with Vivian Doan. She will come straight to your home and capture you in your own environment during this very special moment of your life.

If you so desire, you can have your children and/or partner participate in the photoshoot. However, if there are children present, please ensure that there is another adult to supervise them while the photographs are being taken.

The sessions take approximately 2 hours, using the different rooms and settings in your home. Vivian uses natural light, as well as the available room light, so there are no lenghty lighting set-ups. The sessions should take place during daylight hours so as to make maximum use of natural light. Please advise Vivian if there are any lighting issues in your home (or other location of your choice).

Vivian will provide a clean white sheet to wrap around your pregnant body so there is no need to worry about wardrobe. For those who are more sensitive about revealing too much, the following items can be worn for a photoshoot: white shirts, black stretch pants, black or white tank tops, a plain brassiere in white or black, other maternity clothes. The selection can be discussed during the session.
